Wellness & SPA rules

1. Wellness & SPA is open between 8:00 and 22:00.

2. Access to Wellness & SPA have adult residents, children can participate in SPA treatments and other services only with parental consent.

3. Carrying in or consuming any alcohol drinks, using mobile phones, smoking any tobacco products, wandering naked, or in any different costume other than specified in a dress code, disturbing other residents is forbidden at the SPA premises.

4. In order to improve the effectiveness of our services it is advised to drink mineral water, avoid eating and drinking alcohol an hour before planned SPA treatment.

5. Jacuzzi is to be used always before, never after the SPA treatment.

6. We request to use the sauna according to the manuals located nearby, walk into sauna wearing a towel. Swim suit is obligatory at the jacuzzi.

7. Before entering the swimming pool area please become acquainted with the rules.

8. Individuals violating the rules will be removed from the swimming pool and Wellness area.

9. The Wellness and swimming pool area is monitored. Before entering the swimming pool area everyone is obliged to use the cloak-room, change the footwear to flip-flops and clean the whole body.

10. All devices (mobile phones, watches) that can be damaged by the water must be left in the cloak room.

11. Swimsuit is mandatory at the swimming pool.

12. All individuals whose health condition might be threatening to others are banned from the swimming pool.

13. Cuts, wounds and other injuries have to be reported at the reception immediately.

14. For damage to the property the entire responsibility is taken by the culprit.

15. Parents take the responsibility for the damage caused by their children.

16. After leaving the swimming pool is it advised to rest for at least 30 minutes.
